Job Summary: Coordinate the daily operational activities of the fresh produce department, supervising perishable items to ensure quality and managing the team to comply with regulations. Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in related fields (preferred) What You Will Do Daily: * Coordinate daily operational activities in the fresh produce department, ensuring product replenishment, display, and quality * Supervise receiving, inspection, storage, and organization of perishable items in the department * Monitor expiration dates and item conditions, properly segregating and disposing of unsuitable products * Ensure correct pricing, standardization, and presentation of fruit, vegetable, and greens displays * Manage loss control, breakage, and departmental inventory * Lead the team of associates, providing guidance, training, and task assignments * Prepare work schedules, monitor attendance and productivity * Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and food safety regulations * Support promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and restocking of fast-moving goods * Liaise with the procurement department to align assortment and replenishment plans Therefore, we require: * Prior experience in fresh produce or perishables in retail or wholesale * Knowledge of handling, storage, and preservation of fruits, vegetables, and greens * Ability to manage teams and control losses * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule, including weekends and holidays * Organizational skills, proactivity, and results orientation Bonus Qualifications: * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in related fields will be considered a plus * Familiarity with management systems such as Consinco, SAP, or similar * Experience with performance indicators and BI tools Work Schedule: 6x1 schedule (one day off per week and two Sundays off per month) What You’ll Find at Economart: * Competitive market-based salary * Transportation allowance or fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Morning and afternoon coffee breaks * Life insurance * SESC membership benefits * University partnership: up to 80% discount at select institutions * Professional growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1\.604,96 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Fuel allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
