Use of Excel and systems in administrative and operational activities. We are seeking a professional to join Mercopampa Transportes’ team as an Operational Administrative Assistant. If you are dedicated, responsible, and skilled in Excel and systems, this opportunity may be right for you! Main Responsibilities: * Control and organization of vehicle documents; * Control of vehicle fueling; * Filling out spreadsheets in Excel; * Other operational tasks carried out using Excel and systems. Requirements: * Residence in Simões Filho \- BA (preferred); * Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday to Friday); * Completed high school education; * Minimum 2 years of experience managing fleets; * Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance; * Advanced Excel skills; * Proficiency with Rodopar system.
