Job Summary: Act as a Business Advisor for micro and small entrepreneurs, providing analytical guidance and support to generate positive impact on the local economy. Key Highlights: 1. Field-based work focused on regional development 2. Generating positive impact on the local economy 3. Professional autonomy and flexible working hours ### **SUMMARY** Do you want to be the agent of business transformation in Seabra? We are seeking committed professionals to serve as Business Advisors in a strategic program aimed at regional development. Your role will not involve selling products, but rather delivering analytical guidance and support to micro and small entrepreneurs. If you seek a dynamic routine, field-based work, and wish to generate positive impact on the local economy, this opportunity may be ideal for you. ### **YOUR CHALLENGE** Are you skilled at building connections with people and turning challenges into practical solutions? In this role, you will serve as the link between modern management tools and the daily operations of regional commerce. The focus is on active listening: visiting businesses, conducting precise diagnostics, and guiding entrepreneurs toward improved outcomes. This position is ideal for individuals who prefer fieldwork over an office environment, value human interaction, and seek professional autonomy. ### **WHAT YOU WILL DO** **Strategic Outreach:** Organize and execute daily visit schedules across commercial hubs. **Entrepreneur Mobilization:** Contact entrepreneurs to introduce the support and development program. **Business Analysis:** Conduct technical interviews to identify challenges and improvement opportunities within businesses. **Information Management:** Record all interactions in our proprietary system, maintaining operational organization and discipline. **Advisory Consulting:** Provide tools and guidance to facilitate business management and growth. ### **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** **External Profile:** Individuals who stand out in dynamic environments and enjoy field-based work. **Consultative Communication:** Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to engage with entrepreneurs of diverse profiles. **Autonomy and Responsibility:** Ability to manage your own schedule and commitment to service quality. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Technology degree (completed or currently enrolled from the 2nd semester onward) in any field. **Technological Proficiency:** Skill in using smartphones, apps, and digital productivity tools. ### **WHAT WE OFFER** Fixed remuneration (CLT) plus variable bonuses based on goal achievement. Benefits package (Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, and Internet Cost Assistance). Ongoing technical training focused on business management. Flexible working hours within the defined workload. Minimum Education Level: Technical Course
