Job Summary: Responsible for analyzing inventory levels, developing procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and overseeing the entire procurement process to ensure business supply continuity and profitability. End-to-end procurement process monitoring. **Full Procurement Specialist** ------------------- **OVERVIEW** Responsible for analyzing inventory status and formulating procurement strategies, including negotiation of price, delivery terms, and payment conditions. Identify new products and suppliers. Negotiate agreements and contracts while evaluating their outcomes. Monitor the entire procurement process, especially for imported goods, until product arrival at the company. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Execute, monitor, and analyze all procurement stages for assigned supplier portfolio; Issue purchase orders, follow up on delivery execution, and ensure final fulfillment of all negotiated conditions; Guarantee full store replenishment; Monitor store sales reports; Monitor procurement-, sales-, margin-, budget-, shrinkage-, and commercial agreement-related reports; Liaise with Finance (Accounts Payable and Receivable) and Tax departments; internal audit; liaise with Marketing department for general and commercial initiatives; Monitor in-store promotional activities and offers; Contribute to business profitability; Interact with and support stores and operations teams; Negotiate promotional offers and investments to ensure effective implementation of the trade-marketing calendar; Negotiate and execute commercial agreements; Analyze and monitor key performance indicators (sales, margin, inventory, stockouts, competitiveness); Manage managerial reports; monthly closing; Prospect new suppliers; product registration; product mix review; Conduct external visits to company-owned and competitor stores; Monitor JBP contracts; negotiate commercial contracts and terms; Participate in training programs and education/capacitation projects; Negotiate commercial contracts and terms; Attend trade fairs. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** Completed undergraduate degree; Master's degree completed or in progress; Minimum 5 years of experience in this role. **KNOWLEDGE** Microsoft Office suite; data and KPI analysis. **COMPETENCIES** Negotiation; Interpersonal relationship skills; Results orientation; Time management; Strategic vision; Teamwork; People development; Decision-making; Planning and organization; Emotional intelligence; Adaptability; Systemic analysis; **BENEFITS** Health insurance; Dental insurance; Meal voucher; Life insurance. **IMPORTANT NOTES** Flexible working hours required; Willingness to work at any group store required.
