All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise customer activities and service related to logistics processes (GNAT Logistics, Indicators\-Cancellation/Returns, Logistics Protocol Tracking and Scheduling, Process Improvement, and Cost-to-Serve), * Serve as the Commercial x Logistics x Customer support point; * Develop the service plan; * Provide post\-sales support by directing customer feedback with a logistics-oriented perspective; * Deliver innovative solutions that create value for the customer; * Train and develop base team members; * Present results; * **Analytical profile, strong communication skills with internal and external customers, experience in logistics operations; prior experience in Customer Service within the pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
