Monitor and ensure adequate inventory replenishment, avoiding overstock and stockouts, while tracking delivery schedules and responding to emergency demands. Analyze inventory turnover, coverage, and obsolescence indicators to support strategic decisions regarding restocking and cost control. Develop new suppliers and equivalent parts alternatives offering better cost\-benefit ratios, maintaining active relationships with representatives and distributors. Manage invoices and discrepancies, supporting finance and accounting departments with cost and timeline information. Align consumption forecasts and demand requirements with warehouse, workshop, and after\-sales departments, ensuring compliance with dealership and OEM procurement policies.
