Collaborate with architects, engineers, and specialists We seek a **Civil Engineer** to plan, design, manage, and supervise construction projects—from the conceptual phase through final delivery—ensuring compliance with all technical, legal, and regulatory requirements. **Responsibilities:** · Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction projects; · Ensure compliance with technical standards, legislation, and quality requirements; · Monitor schedules, budgets, measurements, and quality control; · Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other specialists; · Ensure the execution of safe, sustainable, and efficient structures; · Prepare and review technical reports and project documentation. **Requirements:** · Proven experience in real estate development and construction; · Proficiency in technical drawing and design software (AutoCAD, Revit); · Familiarity with project management tools; · Degree in Civil Engineering; · Active registration with CREA; · Personal vehicle required; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
