Collection, organization, and updating of employee documents. Registration and monitoring of electronic timekeeping, including correction of inconsistencies. Requesting and managing benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, food basket, among others). Supporting payroll preparation. Managing vacations, medical leaves, and statutory absences. Providing employee assistance and support regarding labor and administrative matters. Ensuring compliance with labor, union, and social security regulations. Managing attendance reports. Inspecting and overseeing employee accommodations. Previous experience as HR Assistant, Junior HR Analyst, HR Coordinator, or HR Intern may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
