Center Móveis e Eletros is seeking a Store Assistant Manager with a strong commercial profile and results-oriented mindset to support store management, boost sales, and ensure efficient execution of the store’s administrative routines. This professional will work directly on operations, leading by example, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth internal processes. **Key Responsibilities:** **Commercial and Sales:** * Work on the sales front line, supporting and developing the team * Monitor performance indicators (targets, conversion rate, average transaction value) * Conduct negotiations, grant discounts, and close sales * Act as substitute for the Commercial Manager in their absence **Team Management:** * Train, monitor, and develop the team * Support performance management and team engagement **Administrative and Operational:** * Supervise cash register, credit, and inventory operations * Reconcile cash, control expenses, and make deposits * Support administrative routines, reporting, and deadlines * Manage documents, electronic timekeeping, vacations, and leaves of absence * Ensure store organization, process compliance, and operational functionality **Requirements:** * Experience in sales and team management * Commercial profile, goal- and results-oriented * Negotiation and leadership skills * Ability to organize and manage administrative processes * Strong communication skills and proactivity **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in the furniture and electronics sector * Familiarity with commercial performance indicators * Willingness to travel and/or relocate Center Móveis e Eletros offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for professional growth and development.
