Agricultural Machinery Operator

Description

Provide inputs, machinery, and equipment, as well as allocate the necessary workforce, in order to meet the area's operational planning and budgeting requirements, and ensure the feasibility and quality standards of agricultural operations. **Responsibilities and duties** * Operate powered agricultural machinery—including fertilizer spreaders, planters, and sprayers—to execute the area's agricultural plan; * Complete the daily activity report, recording shift start and end times, travel routes, and tasks performed, ensuring control over the daily schedule; * Conduct the daily machine and equipment checklist, inspecting oil, water, fuel, lubrication, battery, lights, headlights, and tires, and promptly reporting any malfunctions to the immediate supervisor; * Support other operational activities by responding to requests as needed to contribute to the execution of the agricultural plan; * Maintain and preserve machinery and equipment by following operational procedures to ensure proper functioning; * Comply with area safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to ensure personal safety and health at work. **Requirements and qualifications** * NR 12 \- Safety in Machinery and Equipment Operations; * NR 31\.7\- Safety and Health in Agricultural Work; * Maintenance: Diagnosis and minor repairs; * Experience in grain harvesting/planting; * Competencies: Proactivity, organization, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. **Additional information** **Benefits:** * Pharmacy card; * Transportation (Routes: Goiás Posse, Alvorada, Buritinópolis, Damianópolis, and Mambai\- GO; and Bahia Carinhanha to Cocos); * Shared accommodation; * Gym access; * Meals; * Life insurance; **Partnerships:** * Agreements with universities; * Dental clinics in the Cocos\- BA and Mambai \- GO regions. #### **Founded in 2000 but with origins dating back to 1976, Santa Colomba is a Brazilian agricultural company focused on large-scale production with high mechanization potential.
