Job Summary: A supermarket is seeking a baker to prepare dough, bake products, decorate and finish them, as well as maintain a clean work area and comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Monitoring and quality control of products The supermarket seeks a Baker professional in Vitória da Conquista (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Prepare bread, cake, pie, and other bakery doughs. Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes. Shape and form breads and other bakery products. Bake products in the oven. Decorate and finish bakery products according to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Comply with food hygiene and safety standards. Monitor and control product quality. Collaborate with the kitchen team and other staff. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef, Bakery Assistant, Bakery Chef, or Oven Operator may indicate suitability for some of the duties in this position. High school diploma required.
