PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Physiotherapist – Pilates **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Fixed-term contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). 2\.1\. Work schedule and hours will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon call; the candidate must inform availability for the assigned schedule. Bartolomeu de Gusmão, Lot 04, Block C, Corredor da Felicia Jurema Housing Development | Vitória da Conquista BA \- 45023325 **Job Summary:** Conducts consultations at the SEST clinic and performs outpatient procedures using physiotherapeutic methods and techniques aimed at restoring, developing, and maintaining clients’ physical capacity, prioritizing spinal treatment (orthopedic rehabilitation) and Global Postural Reeducation (RPG), as well as participating in events, projects, programs, and social campaigns related to health and quality of life. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. PILATES CERTIFICATION. **PROOF:** Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by a recognized institution. **DOCUMENTATION:** ACTIVE REGISTRATION WITH CREFITO (Federal Council of Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy). **PROOF:** Copy of the Professional Identity Card corresponding to the Regional Council where the candidate is licensed. (At the time of admission, a “no record” certificate issued by the Council will be required.) **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES IN CLINICAL OR HOSPITAL SETTINGS. **PROOF:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services performed, along with a description of duties carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry bears nomenclature directly related to the position specified in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or Autonomous Payment Receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove the required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation. Pathophysiology of systems, especially musculoskeletal and cardiorespiratory, as well as basic rheumatology covering adult and pediatric populations. Spine: orthopedic rehabilitation. Global Postural Reeducation (RPG). Basic health actions: promotion; prevention; rehabilitation; health barriers and behaviors.
