We are seeking an Electrical and Maintenance Technician to join Kordsa's team, focusing on industrial electrical maintenance with an emphasis on equipment and process reliability, safety, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and duties**
* Perform testing, repairs, and maintenance of electronic equipment at the bench and on-site when required.
* Diagnose failures and replace defective electronic components.
* Develop, adjust, and validate electronic circuits according to technical specifications.
* Ensure repair quality by performing necessary adjustments to guarantee full equipment functionality.
* Record performed services and maintain control over parts, components, and materials used.
* Provide support in failure analysis of industrial machinery and equipment.
* Actively participate in the company’s methodological prerogatives and established guidelines.
* Engage in continuous improvement programs, proposing enhancements to machine maintenance, production processes, or tools to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
**Requirements and qualifications** **You must have:**
* Experience in industrial electronics maintenance, including both bench work and field-installed equipment.
* Technical education in **Electronics** or **Electroelectronics**.
* Knowledge of analog and digital electronics, schematic reading, and electronic circuit maintenance.
* Experience using bench tools such as **multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, and soldering station**.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve failures in industrial electronic equipment.
* Basic knowledge of industrial automation and failure analysis (desirable).
* Desired courses and certifications: **NR\-10, LOTO, industrial electronics maintenance, automation, PLC, and continuous improvement (TPM, Kaizen or similar)**.
* Organization, analytical ability, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills.
