Job Summary: The Regional Coordinator will lead the team of managers of Microfinance units, aiming for the efficient achievement of the targets and results established for the INEC program. The Regional Coordinator will work within the Microfinance team, leading the unit managers' team linked to their operational hub, aiming for the efficient achievement of the program's established targets and results. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Activities for this position:** * Support the INEC Operations Manager in achieving the company's strategic objectives; * Prepare and analyze performance reports for units linked to their operational hub; * Provide technical, administrative, operational, and managerial support to units; * Support logistics activities; * Monitor the opening and maintenance process of service points; * Monitor the post-monitoring workflow, requesting corrective actions and suggesting preventive and corrective measures; * Conduct visits to units to monitor the team of managers; * Monitor the monthly schedule of unit coordinators; * And other related activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** Legal age (18 years or older); Education: Completed higher education; Willingness to travel between municipalities. **Required Knowledge:** Experience in external sales, negotiation, and collections; Computer literacy and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); Microfinance Program methodology; Experience managing teams. **Additional Information** **Base Salary:** R$ 1.712,11; Market-size bonus up to R$ 4.284,00; Variable remuneration based on credit portfolio up to R$ 3.475,00; Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). **Benefits of working at INEC:** Professional development and training program; Medical and dental plans; Emotional health program; Private pension plan; Meal allowance and Basic Food Basket allowance: R$ 1.496,46; Wellhub; Daycare reimbursement; Life insurance.
