Collaborate closely with data and product teams An online entertainment company is hiring a CRM Consultant in Itaparica. Esportiva Aksa is a company dedicated to selling sports goods and accessories. We offer high-quality products for athletes and sports enthusiasts. **What you will do in this role?:** Define and execute the customer lifecycle strategy. Create behavior-based intelligent segmentations. Work on data-driven personalized customer journeys. Create automated campaigns, including cashbacks, missions, and VIP tiers. Develop player clusters and apply specific strategies for each profile. Conduct A/B tests on campaigns focused on engagement and reactivation. Collaborate with the data team to build dashboards. Integrate CRM initiatives with the Product team to deliver relevant actions to users within the app/website. Manage CRM tools and platforms. Weekly reporting of CRM metrics to the Head and CMO, including active users, CAC x LTV, reactivation rate, and campaign ROI.
