Highly relevant and impactful projects. **Mission** At EQS, as a REGIONAL MANAGER, you will lead contract operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, target achievement, and excellence in results, while strategically managing people, processes, and performance indicators. * All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PCD). **Our Challenges** Supervise operational execution and ensure compliance with SMS, quality, and operational scheduling targets. Conduct planning analyses, quotations, and measurements, ensuring alignment with the contracted scope. Develop and implement action plans to guarantee service delivery meeting expected standards. Perform monthly financial analyses of contracts, ensuring alignment with budgetary objectives. Approve requests and monitor approval workflows within your authority. Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, senior management, and operations. Support budgeting processes and contractual analyses, proposing improvements and optimizations. Participate in strategic and operational meetings to ensure operational alignment. Promote strategic and systemic vision in contract and team management. **We Expect You To:** Have experience in contract and operations management.
