Description

Job Summary: This role supports mixing operators by assisting in production processes—from raw material feeding and weighing to area cleaning and organization—as well as contributing to problem resolution and maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Essential support in the operation and maintenance of mixing machines. 2. Collaboration on process improvements and team safety. 3. Direct contribution to product quality and production efficiency. Assists mixing operators and contributes to the following production processes: Feeding raw materials into the mixing machine, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and performing raw material weighings to ensure standard productivity levels for mixing machines. * Support mixing operators by monitoring the control panel of the Avalong mixing machine to assist in resolving any machine-related issues. * Weigh raw materials using precision scales to feed the mixer’s reservoir, ensuring the correct quantity of each raw material. * Assist mixing operators with autonomous maintenance tasks, such as replacing hoses or filters and changing screens on sieves. * Participate in DDS (Safety Dialogue) and provide input on potential production process improvements aimed at individual and team safety. * Collect physical samples of the compound produced in mixers to support the laboratory’s product quality testing. * Daily cleaning of the workplace according to standard procedures, using water, squeegee, vacuum cleaner, or other necessary tools to maintain a suitable working environment. * Notify the mixing operator immediately when raw materials run out in the mixing machines to minimize unproductive hours.
