Job Summary: The Workshop Scheduler is responsible for managing and optimizing vehicle service and repair scheduling, using the Ford Agenda app for task allocation and progress monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Managing service scheduling through the Ford Agenda app 2. Assigning tasks to technicians based on capacity and priority 3. Monitoring work progress and updating the system **The workshop uses the Ford Agenda app, which allows customers to track the status of services performed on their vehicles. Key responsibilities of the Workshop Scheduler include:** Ensuring correct service allocation and appropriate repair times in the Ford Agenda Workshop Schedule; Determining daily labor capacity based on the total available hours of technicians; Assigning services to the appropriate technician based on technical capability, priority, and promised delivery time; Monitoring and tracking each technician's work progress to ensure completion within the agreed timeframe; Ensuring all services and repairs are accurately reflected in the Ford Agenda Workshop Schedule; Remaining vigilant regarding delays or early completions, ensuring all updates are made in the Ford Agenda; Continuously updating ongoing services in the Workshop Schedule and in the Vehicle Monitor within the Ford Agenda. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B Meal Allowance
