Job Summary: The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services, as well as preservation tasks. Key Highlights: 1. Working in accordance with safety and quality standards The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for a variety of tasks including: * **Maintenance and Repairs**: Performing electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, carpentry, and masonry maintenance services. This includes replacing, swapping, cleaning, repairing, and installing parts, components, and equipment. * **Preservation**: Maintaining glass surfaces and façades, cleaning premises and accessories, and treating swimming pools. * **Safety Standards**: Working in compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards.
