As a **Production Operator**, your responsibilities will include: * Requesting raw materials and feeding production machines, handling pallet movement and preparing raw materials according to product specifications, following standard procedures to ensure uninterrupted production flow using manual, hydraulic, and/or electric pallet jacks; generating AMRs for non-conforming materials and forwarding them to the hold area; and moving machine waste to the factory’s waste area. * Returning leftover material after phase changes, properly packaging and returning it to the warehouse. * Conducting weekly inventories jointly with PCP to ensure counting accuracy. * Performing shift handovers before operations begin, reviewing events logged during previous shifts and exchanging information with the outgoing operator. * Operating production machinery in accordance with established procedures and safety regulations to produce finished goods meeting expected quality standards and deadlines; performing manual palletizing when required. * Providing support to other departments as needed, following supervisor instructions and internal safety procedures to meet operational demands and ensure smooth workflow. * Monitoring raw material changes and the production process, identifying issues or opportunities to ensure final product quality and on-time delivery while minimizing losses. * Participating in bi-hourly meetings with the machine team and support areas to discuss topics related to quality, safety, productivity, etc. * Ensuring 5S compliance in the area, maintaining tools, machines, and equipment, and executing the weekly cleaning plan. \- Comply with quality, safety, and environmental standards and procedures per Kimberly-Clark’s internal policies. * Participating in developing PFRA’s for the area. * Using all required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) when visiting the factory or internal facilities where mandatory use is stipulated by occupational safety regulations. * Performing format changes on case packers, product conveyor belts, and cartoners, ensuring SMED implementation. **About Us** Are you already familiar with our brands Huggies®, Intimus®, Poise®, Plenitud®?
