Technical development and support for experienced professionals **Learn about this opportunity** **We support diversity and inclusion; therefore, all our positions are also open to Persons with Disabilities (PwD).** If you operate with customer focus and innovation; make decisions openly and transparently; appreciate and nurture a respectful work environment; work multidisciplinarily, collaboratively, pragmatically, and results-oriented while taking responsibility for delivery, learn more about our **Maintenance Electrician I** position. **Important job information:** * Work location: Brumado \- BA; * Working hours: Availability to work rotating shifts; * Work modality: On-site; * Contract type: Permanent. **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive electrical maintenance on machines, equipment, and electrical panels, following internal procedures and safety standards. * Support corrective maintenance activities, gaining hands-on experience under supervision of more experienced professionals. * Carry out electrical repairs, component replacements, and functional testing of equipment. * Read and interpret electrical diagrams, schematics, and drawings for fault diagnosis and resolution. * Execute energy source isolation and reactivation (electrical and other), ensuring intervention safety. * Conduct zero-potential tests and monitor post-maintenance tests. * Work in electrical rooms and medium- and high-voltage substations, when duly qualified. * Complete technical reports, machine checklists, equipment checklists, and tool checklists. * Support senior professionals, contributing to one’s own technical development. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Technical qualification in Electrotechnology; * Knowledge of electrical control systems; * Willingness to work at heights; * Organized profile, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in teams. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in industrial electrical maintenance.; Salary and benefits align with market trends for companies of our size and sector, including health insurance, bonus, and meal card.
