Distributor of automotive aesthetics products seeks a Sales Associate in Vitória da Conquista (Bateias). Tazzo Auto Shop specializes in automotive maintenance and repair services. It offers a wide range of products and services to meet vehicle owners' needs. **Responsibilities:** Serve customers in-store with courtesy, efficiency, and results-oriented focus. Identify customers' actual needs and present appropriate solutions using available products. Perform additional sales (up-selling) by offering complementary items that add value to the purchase. Provide support for online customer service (WhatsApp, Instagram, and other channels), responding to customers promptly and clearly. Convert online interactions into sales using strategic sales approaches. Send product photos, videos, and detailed information to online customers when necessary. Track online orders through to completion (picking, verification, and shipment/pickup). Update order statuses and maintain active communication with customers throughout the entire process. Organize and respond to messages promptly, prioritizing leads with higher purchase potential. Assist in promoting products on social media when requested (e.g., stories, simple posts). Restock shelves as needed to ensure attractive presentation and store organization. Maintain a clean and organized environment by performing periodic cleaning on a team rotation basis. Verify incoming merchandise and assist with inventory control. Flag slow-moving items or those requiring restocking. Work with performance targets and metrics, continuously striving to improve results. Contribute ideas to increase sales and enhance customer service. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Promoter, or Sales Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
