Sales data analysis and market trend analysis Customer service is one of the most essential aspects of a sales promoter’s daily work. The promoter must address customer needs through courteous conversations, attentively listening to customers and reporting relevant details to their supervisor to help improve product visibility at the POS. 1\. Plan and develop merchandising strategies. 2\. Analyze sales data, customer reactions, and market trends to anticipate product demand. 3\. Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, distributors, and analysts to negotiate prices, quantities, and delivery timelines. 4\. Conduct strategic research and gather intelligence for the company using a dedicated application provided by the company on a device assigned to the promoter.
