Because everyone understands that we must work together to win. **What does Lear expect from you?** * Bachelor's degree in Engineering (various disciplines); * Intermediate English proficiency. **What will you do?** * Contribute to production objectives through planning of modifications and establishment of new manufacturing processes, per given guidelines; * Support assembly and line balancing operations; * Define and monitor machine loading; * Provide appropriate support to Production, Quality, Finance, Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Maintenance departments regarding new or ongoing projects; * Participate in improvement and/or implementation of new manufacturing processes, as required by the company; * Monitor pilot-phase assembly; * Update project progress controls.
