Job Summary: This Junior Transportation Analyst will be responsible for monitoring deliveries, handling transport incidents, preparing performance reports, and supporting freight analysis and transportation planning. Freight analysis and route planning **Position:** Junior Transportation Analyst **Location:** Iveco – Pouso Alegre/MG **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor deliveries; * Handle incidents reported by carriers and customers; * Verify and track daily shipping documents via reports; * Prepare performance reports and KPIs (daily, weekly, and monthly); * Prepare materials and participate in meetings with carriers and customers; * Conduct freight and transportation performance analysis; * Complete daily control spreadsheets; * Assess demand and operational capacity; * Support the immediate supervisor in preparing analytical reports; * Perform route planning, scheduling, and report control; * Carry out other related duties. **Specific Operational Activities:** * Plan and coordinate loading and unloading time windows; * Schedule dedicated, additional, spot, and export containers trucks; * Monitor and adjust vehicle capacity on defined routes and time windows, maintaining contact with carriers; * Serve as the focal point between carriers and CEVA operations, ensuring daily operational rhythm, time window adjustments, and incident resolution (e.g., pickup delays). **Requirements:** **Mandatory:** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel; * **Salary:** R$ 2\.940,00 * **Meal Voucher:** R$ 32,00 * **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM (subject to adjustment) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s degree
