Handle irregularities and record fiscal documents under exception **Join us as a Finance Operations Assistant** **PURPOSE OF THE ROLE** You will be part of a team that believes in doing meaningful work — for people and for the planet. We invite you to be part of something bigger. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Validation of fiscal documents at Sefaz; * Validation and receipt of materials from PI, NPI, Fixed Assets, and imports (XML, Purchase Orders, DT/Incident Reports, billing data); * Vehicle weighing; * Use and progress tracking of unloading forms in FILAH; * Migo verification and stub release; * Control of rejected fiscal invoices; * Handling possible irregularities within the IST Manual GR process; * Recording of fiscal documents related to exceptional CFOPs; * Operation of 3PM; * Control and archiving of fiscal documents in Iroun Mount; * Receipts processing for third parties: Migo, Technical List consumption, and Miro. **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Completed high school education; * Communicative and analytical profile; * Strong interpersonal skills; * Availability to work on the second shift. **PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Intermediate Excel knowledge. **At Unilever, inclusion is at the heart of everything we do.** We welcome applications from all backgrounds and are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive/succeed.
