Everyone is welcome. \#join**Unisinos** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure the availability, stability, and continuous operation of the IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage systems, and operating systems), supporting institutional operations. * Proactively monitor the environment, identifying, analyzing, and resolving incidents and problems, with a focus on failure prevention, downtime reduction, and increased infrastructure reliability and resilience. * Provide specialized technical support to support teams (Levels 2 and 3\) and end-user departments, resolving high-complexity tickets and contributing to an improved user experience. * Document processes, technical procedures, and implemented changes to ensure traceability, standardization, and service continuity, as well as supporting the integration of new team members. * Participate in IT infrastructure projects (deployment, migration, technology upgrades, and capacity expansion), contributing to environment modernization and alignment with business needs. * Apply information security best practices and compliance measures, including patch management, access controls, hardening, and security policies, ensuring data protection and compliance with regulations and standards such as LGPD and ISO 27001\. * Execute and maintain automation of operational routines (backups, updates, scripts, and recurring tasks), contributing to business continuity and reduction of operational failures. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Systems Analysis and Development. * Postgraduate degree (Lato Sensu) completed in Computer Science, Computer Networks, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Systems Analysis and Development is desirable. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience administering and operating on-premise and/or cloud-based infrastructure environments. * Experience diagnosing and resolving technical incidents and problems in servers, networks, and systems. * Experience supporting operating systems and corporate tools, including: * Windows * Linux (basic) * Office 365 * Remote access * Ticket management (ticket registration and tracking) * Knowledge of virtualization, backup, connectivity, and information security fundamentals. * Ability to apply best practices, technical procedures, and appropriate incident escalation. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in hybrid environments (on-premise \+ cloud). * Experience with infrastructure monitoring tools. * Knowledge of hardening, patch management, and security policies. * Experience automating routines (scripts, scheduled tasks, etc.). * Familiarity with information security standards and best practices (e.g., LGPD, ISO 27001\). **Additional Information** **Work Location:** São Leopoldo \- RS **Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM **Benefits:** * Free parking or Transportation Allowance; * Meal or Food Allowance of R$ 15.73 per day; * Gympass (Wellhub); * Internal Training Programs; * Pharmacy Partnership; * SESC Partnership; * Life Insurance; * Mental Health Program \- Health and Well-being Journey; * Paid Year-End Break (between Christmas and New Year); * Partial Childcare Reimbursement for children up to 6 years old; * Health and Dental Plans Coopersinos \- Unimed, Doctor Clin, and Uniodonto (after probationary period); * Undergraduate Scholarship offering up to **80%** discount and 100% discount for PwD (after probationary period); * Specialization Scholarship offering up to **80%** discount (after probationary period); * Extension and Language Courses offering up to **50%** discount (after probationary period); We are Unisinos.
