Prepare operational reports and performance indicators ***LRS \- Leadership, Results, and Solutions!*** *We are supporting a partner in recruiting a professional for the position of*\_ **Environmental Management Technologist**\_ ***Job Responsibilities:*** Will work at the composting yard, responsible for planning, monitoring, and controlling activities related to collection, receipt, processing, and disposal of organic waste, ensuring operational efficiency, environmental compliance, and quality of the produced compost. **Main Responsibilities:** Coordinate and supervise operational activities at the composting yard; control receipt, sorting, and handling of organic waste destined for the composting process; monitor technical parameters of the process (temperature, moisture, aeration, and maturation time); prepare operational reports and performance indicators; oversee maintenance and proper use of equipment and machinery **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management Technology, Environmental Sanitation, or related fields; **Preferred Qualification:** Prior experience working at composting yards. **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday: 8 AM \- 11 AM \- 12 PM \- 5 PM (Mon. \- Fri.), 7 AM \- 11 AM \- Saturday Compensation: R$3\.300,00 \- R$3\.600,00 per week Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have prior experience working at composting yards? * What is your undergraduate degree? * Do you reside in Uberlândia?
