




Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing reports, conducting meetings, analyzing costs and budgets, with a focus on project management and experience in civil and industrial construction projects. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in preparing reports and cost analyses for construction projects 2. Project management and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project tools 3. Experience in planning medium- and large-scale industrial construction projects Preparation of all reports relevant to the role, conducting meetings with contractors, issuing minutes, checklists, photographic reports, construction progress curves, histograms, schedules, predecessor networks, productivity analysis. Cost analysis, data analysis, budget preparation, and measurement of civil and industrial construction projects. Required Knowledge and/or Skills Project management knowledge Proven proficiency with Windows tools (Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project) Experience in construction planning using MS Project Experience in medium- and large-scale industrial construction projects; experience in earthworks is desirable.
