Job Summary: Manage the entire logistics operation—from goods receipt to customer delivery—coordinating processes, optimizing workflows, and leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Act on cross-departmental integration and standardize processes Oversee the entire logistics operation, from goods receipt to final customer delivery; Coordinate warehousing, inventory control, order picking, shipping, and replenishment processes; Ensure warehouse organization and inventory accuracy, implementing continuous process improvements; Plan and optimize logistics workflows to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs; Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose actions for continuous improvement; Lead and develop the operational team, ensuring productivity and engagement; Facilitate integration among departments (procurement, sales, finance, and transportation); Design and standardize logistics processes; Manage daily operational demands and resolve day-to-day issues. **Requirements** Knowledge and experience: Solid logistics experience, particularly in operations management; Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and distribution processes; Experience managing operational teams; Experience with logistics KPIs and process improvement; Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems; Intermediate/advanced Excel skills; Experience across full logistics operations (from receipt to shipment).
