We seek professionals with drive and an owner’s mindset, committed to achieving extraordinary results. **Responsibilities and Duties** What will your responsibilities and challenges be? * Support Quality Assurance and Quality Control routines by organizing documents, updating records, and participating in technical activities, contributing to regulatory compliance and strengthening good practices across processes. * Issue and verify production records, SOPs, and logbooks, ensuring documents are complete, accurate, and ready for use in accordance with quality standards. * Process purchase requisitions and invoice entries. * Organize and maintain the inactive file archive and retention room, ensuring traceability, easy access to information, and support for audit and document management processes. * Update electronic spreadsheets with data from Product Quality Review (PQR), Analytical Map, Analysis Entry, among others, providing accurate information for analysis and decision-making. * Perform compliance checks on production dossiers, verifying that records meet regulatory requirements and ensuring process integrity. * Monitor versatility matrix indicators and support training delivery, contributing to team development and maintenance of required technical competencies. * Prepare Daily Quality Dialogues (DQD), reinforcing good practices and promoting awareness of quality standards and culture. * Ensure proper operation of equipment and facilities by following safety regulations, GMPs, and correct use of PPEs, guaranteeing a safe and compliant work environment. * Adhere to the Quality Policy and perform other related duties, demonstrating proactivity and flexibility in supporting Quality Assurance and Quality Control routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** What will we evaluate? \| \- Computer Skills: Microsoft Office Suite – Basic level.
