Internship (Production Engineering)

Job Summary: A professional to work in the operational area, assisting throughout the entire production process—from material preparation to quality control and project development. Key Highlights: 1. Full support throughout the production process and quality assurance. 2. Opportunity to develop projects related to machinery. 3. Analysis of productivity and efficiency data. * Perform operational-area-related activities, gaining familiarity with the full routine of the production area. * Achieve production targets within the company-established standards for quality, cost, and schedule. Record production data according to line and product specifications. * Prepare materials for feeding production lines. * Assist from the initial to the final stage of production. * Assist in developing system tests, executing tests, documenting tests, and ensuring quality assurance. * Support the development of projects related to machinery. * Define methods and work processes, and participate in production control and planning. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Skills** --------------- * Knowledge of **production processes** and production flow * Familiarity with **production engineering, logistics, and manufacturing** * Understanding of **lead time, bottlenecks, and production capacity** * Proficiency in **Intermediate Excel** (tables, formulas, and data analysis) * Familiarity with **Power BI** *(preferred)* **Documentation and Control** --------------------------- * Preparation of **production reports** * Development and standardization of **Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)** * Control and tracking of **production orders** * Support for **Production Planning and Control (PPC)** **Data Analysis** -------------------- * Analysis of performance indicators including: * Productivity * Efficiency * Rework * Waste ### **Here, we believe people build stories that transform spaces.** #### **Our journey began in 1978—simple, entrepreneurial, and purpose-driven.
