You must ensure efficient and welcoming service while contributing to the organization and smooth operation of the clinic. **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Confirming appointments and sessions, and recording no-shows via the system; * Filling out, verifying, and organizing documents and forms; * Filling out, verifying, and organizing service authorization forms; * Providing information to other departments (clinical, finance, operations, etc.) via the system; * Providing administrative support as needed; * Organizing and maintaining the reception area and common spaces in good condition; * Performing other duties inherent to the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** **For this position, we expect you to have:** * Completed high school education; * Technical training in Administration or enrollment in a higher education program is a plus; * Prior experience in reception or customer service, preferably in clinics, medical offices, or hospitals; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and management systems; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; * Opportunity to work in a growing company, with potential for learning and professional development; * Dynamic and collaborative work environment; * Opportunity for career growth within the company.
