




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, collecting fares, entering data, operating electronic ticketing systems, and adhering to assigned shifts. Shift-based work schedule with a focus on safety **Job Description:** ---------------------- Request the FCV and Check List from the responsible department; Perform the vehicle checklist in the bay, including applicable tests and analyses described in internal procedures; Submit the vehicle for exit inspection and collection jointly with the traffic department; Transport passengers, properly assisting them during boarding and alighting, while practicing defensive driving and ensuring the safety of passengers, pedestrians, and all other road users; Collect fares according to the amount established by municipal decree, providing correct change to customers; Complete the passenger count form with the number of passengers, as per the schedules specified in the FCV; Open and close the session on the validator at the beginning and end of each work shift, respectively; Transfer collected information to the SBE (Electronic Ticketing System); Generate a daily report of collected amounts and perform cash closing according to established procedures; Daily verify with the traffic department whether there are pending items or surplus collected amounts; Upon returning the vehicle, close all windows and hatches, remove the route plate (if applicable), and deliver it to the responsible person; Replace tachograph discs when instructed by the area supervisor; Fulfill the work schedule as per the shift roster provided by the operations department.
