Job Summary: A professional to evolve AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, optimize costs, and collaborate in ensuring secure deliveries through automation and observability. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on reliability and security throughout the software development lifecycle **Responsibilities/Mission:** * Enable fast and secure deliveries through automation, guardrails, and strong observability. **You will:** * Own and evolve AWS infrastructure, deployment processes, and CI/CD pipelines (Infrastructure-as-Code). * Establish standards for reliability, security, and cost awareness. * Collaborate with engineers to ensure secure deliveries (deployment strategy, monitoring/alerting, incident response). * Monitor and optimize infrastructure costs: regularly review cloud resource usage (AWS, Azure, GCP), identify waste, apply appropriate scaling practices, leverage reserved or spot instances, and automate shutdown of unused environments. * Integrate cost metrics into CI/CD pipelines: ensure each deployment includes financial impact alerts and reports, enabling technical decisions aligned with budget constraints. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Ability to reduce manual work by building self-service tools that increase developer velocity. * Commitment to treating reliability and security as shared responsibilities, embedding them into the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Demonstrated autonomy and independent delivery in prior roles. * Advanced English is mandatory, with proven experience working with U.S.-based companies. * Ability to communicate clearly in English (written and spoken) with U.S.-based stakeholders. * Deep expertise in testing culture, CI/CD, and production operations. * Examples of simplifying systems/processes and eliminating manual bottlenecks. **Important Note:** * The client is expanding its team in Curitiba; therefore, we seek candidates from this region. **Desirable** * Prior experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
