Leadership in process standardization and implementation of best practices. **JOB MISSION:** Ensure the planning, structuring, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational projects, focusing on analysis, standardization, optimization, and governance of processes to promote operational efficiency, cost reduction, and performance improvement. **Academic Qualifications** \- Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Process Management, Economics, Information Technology, or related fields. \- Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, Process Management, Quality, or related areas (preferred). **Technical Knowledge** \- Project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Hybrid). \- Process mapping and modeling (BPM, BPMN). \- Project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Planner, Jira, ClickUp). \- Process diagramming tools (e.g., Bizagi, Visio). \- Performance indicators and data analysis. \- Advanced Office suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint). \- Risk management and change management. \- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus. **Required Experience** \- Proven experience in project management. \- Practical experience in process mapping, restructuring, and optimization. \- Experience leading multidisciplinary projects. \- Track record of implementing improvements with measurable results. **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** \- Project deadline and scope adherence. \- Reduction of operational costs. \- Productivity gains. \- Adherence rate to standardized processes. \- Internal stakeholder satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** \- Plan, structure, and lead strategic and operational projects. \- Map, analyze, and redesign organizational processes. \- Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement. \- Develop and monitor performance indicators (KPIs). \- Create flowcharts, policies, procedures, and manuals. \- Standardize processes and implement best practices. \- Conduct alignment meetings with stakeholders and leadership. \- Manage project schedules, scope, risks, and deliverables. \- Support change management and team engagement. \- Ensure project documentation and governance. \- Monitor post-implementation results, ensuring sustainability of improvements.
