A profile fully oriented toward results, with experience in sales training, recruitment, and selection. **Requirements:** \* High school diploma completed; \* Enjoy interacting with people; \* Interest in building a career within the company; \* Strong communication and persuasion skills; \* Proficiency with computer systems; \* Proven experience leading sales teams in sectors such as health insurance, payroll-deductible loans, vocational training courses, insurance, etc. **Responsibilities:** \* Manage commercial operations of the franchise and coordinate the sales team; \* Develop plans and actions to boost sales; \* Conduct weekly sales role-playing sessions; \* Guide, train, and monitor all operational processes; \* Maintain full synergy and alignment of objectives with administrative and pedagogical departments; \* Proficiency in Word and Excel for creating control and performance spreadsheets; \* Verify and evaluate whether defined standards and processes are being implemented; \* Understand the features and strengths of each product (course); \* Understand the origin/journey of local leads; \* Develop commercial plans and monitor implementation with the sales team, proposing action plans; \* Conduct weekly training sessions; \* Assist in prospecting new students; \* Develop strategies for offline campaigns. \* Greet and assist walk-in customers at the franchise; \* Handle phone calls; \* Provide customer service; \* Enter student history into the system; \* Review student history prior to any contact; Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$5\.500,00 per month Education: * High school diploma completed (Mandatory) Experience: * Sales (Mandatory)
