Ensuring proper maintenance and conservation of tools and work equipment. **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for keeping the overall environment clean and organized, including: restaurant, buffet, restaurant reception, corridors, restrooms (for guests and staff), outdoor areas, stage, backstage area, supervision rooms, and storage areas for pots and utensils. Responsible for cleaning: ceilings, walls, floors (indoor flooring and sidewalks), toilets, restroom sinks, doors, outdoor furniture, lighting fixtures, glass surfaces, as well as refilling dispensers (paper towels, soap, and alcohol). Respond to radio calls according to demand and perform scheduled touch-up cleaning in designated areas during meal periods. Perform cleaning tasks required for exceptional circumstances (as needed). Safeguard, organize, and maintain tools and work equipment. Collect waste from all areas, place bags into trash bins, and transport filled trash bags to designated disposal locations. Place wet-floor warning signs during floor cleaning.
