Feel free to register for all available positions matching your interests; however, we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **JOB MISSION:** An on-site tutor is responsible for accompanying, guiding, and supporting students in their face-to-face and/or blended academic activities, serving as a liaison among students, faculty, and course coordination. Key responsibilities include: **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assist students in understanding proposed content and methodologies; * Guide the use of didactic resources and institutional platforms; * Encourage study habits and academic organization; * Receive and implement practices with students during face-to-face meetings; * Support laboratory activities, seminars, and interdisciplinary projects; * Clarify doubts and refer academic requests to responsible faculty/coordinators when necessary; * Serve as a mediator between students, faculty, and coordination, ensuring smooth communication; * Identify individual or collective difficulties and report them to coordination for appropriate action; * Encourage active student participation in discussions, projects, and institutional activities; * Assist with logistics for classes and face-to-face meetings (attendance tracking, material organization, schedule monitoring); * Maintain updated records of student participation and performance; * Encourage student autonomy and self-confidence; * Support academic adaptation and integration into the institutional environment; * Promote ethical, collaborative, and responsible attitudes within the academic setting. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** * Completed undergraduate degree **Computer Skills:** * Microsoft Office Suite **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Allowance or parking; * TotalPass; * Life Insurance; * Pharmacy Benefits; * Tuition Assistance.
