Job Summary: A physical instructor assists students in achieving their goals through personalized workouts, high-quality service, and by demonstrating confidence and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Clear and motivating instructions for students The physical instructor plays a vital role in helping and supporting students to reach their goals, through workout planning and high-quality service provided to students in the weight training area. Technical knowledge is essential to perform the role effectively, demonstrate confidence and safety in instructions and guidance given to students, ensuring they feel encouraged, safe, and motivated. Responsibilities and Duties: Technical Knowledge; Education; Attentiveness and Proactivity; Patience. Student service: teaching, correcting, and providing the best possible assistance to clients; Conducting physical assessments during working hours; Designing workouts; Keeping the weight training room organized and ready for use; Conducting classes; Giving gym floor tours; Promoting and assisting in special activities aimed at integrating all areas of the gym; Reporting to supervisors any need for repairs or maintenance of the training area; Ensuring proper preservation and cleanliness, maintaining order in the workplace; Assisting in identifying potential damages in the gym and reporting them to supervisors. **Availability** Schedule: To be arranged Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Sundays: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM Rotating weekend shifts. **Requirements**: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education Active registration with CREF Experience in weight training Basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL) Desirable: knowledge in customer service quality.
