Integration among teams to optimize processes **Job Description:** ---------------------- Commercial Representative Management: Monitor performance by region and portfolio to ensure achievement of targets, product mix, and promotional campaigns. Support negotiations within the commercial policy framework and conduct periodic alignment meetings. Develop, activate, and, when necessary, replace representatives. Indicators and Control: Monitor revenue, product mix, average transaction value, and margins. Identify deviations and implement rapid corrective actions. Track commissions, bonuses, and commercial expenses. Internal Integration: Serve as the liaison between commercial representatives, logistics, finance, and billing departments.
