




Job Summary: Inclusion Support Assistant to assist students with disabilities in routine, academic, and social activities, mediating relationships and contributing to a healthy educational environment. Opportunity for teamwork and continuous professional development **None:** **Job Title:** Inclusion Support Assistant **Main Responsibilities:** Assist with feeding, hygiene (toilet use, tooth brushing, bathing, and diaper changing), and mobility of students. Support students with disabilities in academic activities, as needed. Respect scope-of-practice boundaries and refrain from performing tasks reserved for regulated professions. Mediate relationships within the school environment to foster a healthy educational climate. Refer students to the Pedagogical Team and Specialized Educational Support (AEE), when necessary. Assist teachers in classroom management, especially regarding specific pedagogical and behavioral needs. Welcome students at the start of activities and accompany them during dismissal at the end of the shift. Support students’ internal and external mobility. Participate in continuous training sessions, whether internal or external, when requested. **Required Qualifications:** Completed high school education (higher education in progress in education or related fields is desirable). Basic knowledge of inclusion and support for students with disabilities. Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ethical conduct, empathy, and responsibility in student support. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in school settings or supporting individuals with disabilities.
