The Paper \& Pulp Machine Clothing (PMC) team has this opportunity available. **Your main tasks and responsibilities include:** -------------------------------------------------------- * Prospecting new customers or new PMC positions with existing customers. * Ensuring correct use of the PMC sales process, including supporting other BUs. * After-sales services to support PMC product performance. * Promoting technical and commercial discussions with customers to identify optimal solutions for their needs. * Providing ongoing customer support through regular presence at customer factories. * Coordinating and conducting performance tests of products during their operation on customer machines, preparing reports/presentations for customers. * Documenting sales processes (proposals, technical reports, meeting minutes) and visits using a dedicated CRM system. * Collaborating synergistically with local, regional, and TU teams. * Reviewing and updating the installed base of PMC components per customer. * Ensuring all work and activities comply with our safety standards and those of each customer. * Building trust and strong relationships with customers. **To succeed in this position, it is important to have:** ------------------------------------------------ * Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Experience in pulp or paper industries. * Experience in sales/services for PMC-related businesses or related areas (desirable). * Proficiency in Office suite tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Knowledge of CRM systems such as CoMPass or Salesforce. * Advanced English. * Advanced Spanish (desirable). * Willingness to travel. * Willingness to reside in the states of ES or BA. **What We Offer** ------------------ We offer a dynamic work environment that values innovation and enables professional growth.
