Job Summary: Assist in operational activities related to treatment, assembly, painting, anodizing, and packaging of aluminum profiles, ensuring quality and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the aluminum profile treatment and assembly processes 2. Perform assembly and disassembly of profiles for painting and anodizing 3. Carry out cleaning and organization tasks in production **Job Description:** ---------------------- Assist in performing operational activities across the aluminum profile treatment, assembly, painting, anodizing, and packaging processes, ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards, safety requirements, and production control. Assist in pre\-treatment of aluminum profiles (loading into baskets, degreasing, rinsing, conversion coating, and drying). Perform assembly and disassembly of aluminum profiles for painting and anodizing processes. Direct, identify, and organize aluminum profiles by batch and customer according to internal procedures. Assist in furnace operation, feeding, and cleaning, as well as cleaning/brushing of hangers and bars used in the processes.
