Job Summary: Coordinate teams, optimize production processes, and ensure achievement of targets, with emphasis on quality and productivity in the injection molding area. Key Highlights: 1. Team leadership and training. 2. Process optimization and achievement of production targets. 3. Focus on quality and productivity indicators. · Coordinate, guide, and train the workforce. · Assess machine and equipment availability according to production priority and sequence. · Ensure parts and products are manufactured in accordance with the production schedule and manufacturing orders. · Coordinate assigned tasks and manufacturing orders to meet established targets. · Collect, record, and monitor Quality and Productivity Indicators. · Monitor employees' working hours and individual productivity. · Use required PPE as specified by the Occupational Safety Technician. · Request maintenance for machines and equipment. · Maintain workplace environment and organization per the 5S methodology and Company Organizational Standards. · Identify and implement process improvement opportunities. **SHIFT WORK AVAILABILITY REQUIRED** **Education: Completed High School** **Experience: 3 years in injection molding** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher
