Job Summary: Agex Transportes Urgentes is seeking a professional to handle document issuance, vehicle release, and customer service, supporting the operations department. Key Highlights: 1. Issuing CT-e, manifests, waybills, and labels. 2. Releasing vehicles via system and checking freight quotations. 3. Our fleet is satellite-tracked, and we offer online services including: delivery status tracking, pickup scheduling, delivery time calculation, cargo traceability, digitalized proof of delivery, quotation center, etc. Our headquarters and Londrina branch are strategically located inside a logistics terminal spanning 3\.500 m², operating 24 hours per day. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Issuing CT\-e, manifests, waybills, and labels; * Releasing vehicles via system; * Checking and contracting freight quotations; * Verifying delivery receipts; * Reporting non-shipped invoices; * Sorting invoices and providing customer service; * Assisting the operations department. REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in dispatch procedures; * Prior experience in transportation is a plus.
