Monitor team performance, providing continuous feedback and conducting training for ongoing improvement. Organize daily task distribution and ensure activities are completed according to the established schedule. Ensure all activities comply with occupational safety standards, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Promote team awareness of safety practices and accident prevention. REQUIREMENTS: Completed high school education. Skills: Organization, planning, team management, communication, problem-solving. In-depth knowledge of cleaning products and equipment, including their applications and handling precautions. Familiarity with cleaning procedures for various surfaces and areas (offices, outdoor areas, restrooms, etc.). Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) required.
