




Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining and cleaning common areas, supervising maintenance tasks, regulating the use of common areas, and supporting condominium management. Key Highlights: 1. Regulate residents' proper use of common areas **Main Responsibilities** * Maintain and clean common areas (lobby, corridors, garage, leisure areas, etc.). * Supervise and inspect maintenance and repair services performed by contractors. * Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks when applicable. * Conduct daily inspections of the condominium premises to identify maintenance needs. * Regulate residents' proper use of common areas. * Report any irregularities or relevant incidents to the building manager or property management company. * Assist in organizing moves, deliveries, and contractor access. * Supervise and support cleaning, security, or maintenance staff (when applicable). * Manage common-use materials and equipment (basic inventory). * Comply with and enforce the condominium's internal regulations.
