Occupational Safety Analyst to identify risks, monitor management systems, and ensure compliance with legal and internal regulations, promoting a safety culture.

We are a multinational corporation with an established market brand, and we are currently seeking a professional to perform risk analysis and perception activities in facilities, machinery, and work processes. You will support and guide the Occupational Safety Management System, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
Main Activities:
Conduct safety inspections in operational areas, identifying unsafe conditions and acts, and proposing corrective and preventive actions;
Develop and monitor programs such as PGR (Risk Management Program), PCMSO, LTCAT, and other legally required documents;
Deliver and manage mandatory training according to Regulatory Standards (NRs);
Support and investigate occupational accidents, conduct root cause analysis, issue CAT (Work Accident Communication), and define corrective and preventive action plans;
Control and supervise the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), ensuring proper usage and compliance;
Act as a facilitator for production departments in implementing a safety culture, conducting safety dialogues, campaigns, and educational initiatives;
Support compliance with eSocial requirements (SST-related events) and other legal obligations;
Support internal and external audits and inspections by competent authorities (MTE, Labor Public Prosecutor's Office, insurance companies, etc.);
Prepare technical reports and performance indicators for the Occupational Safety area.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Requirements:
Professional registration as an Occupational Safety Technician (TST).
Desirable:
Experience with integrated management systems;
Experience in medium-to-large-scale industrial settings;
Knowledge of ergonomics applied to manufacturing environments;
English and Spanish proficiency would be an advantage.
