Promote a risk management culture **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are seeking a Risk and Controls Analyst to ensure the institution operates within established compliance and risk appetite levels, monitor the effectiveness of internal controls, and foster a risk management culture across all organizational levels. Responsibilities: Map processes and identify operational risks. Evaluate and monitor internal controls. Ensure timely and accurate submission of CADOC to the Central Bank. Track related-party transactions and comply with banking confidentiality regulations. Conduct KYP (Know Your Customer/Supplier) processes to mitigate risks.
